The data port was a bit of a problem. I really did not want to cut any more holes into the boay and felt that I could create a surface feature that when finished would look just as good as the real thing. My fist attempt failed due to the card being far to weak. The second try was made over a wood former and when sprayed up was much stronger.It will be stuck onto the front of the body and weathered to look more authentic. I also remade the lower front vent and this time made it correctly.
