The horseshoes are cut from 25mm MDF as a solid piece. I will later cut out the main details and add the ribbing detail inside the horsehoe with the dremmel.I did not fancy cutting out loads of 2mm pieces and glueing them all together as I have seen done on some other builds. Hopefully the finished effect will be the same.
