I have been putting of making these for sometime now, not sure why, it is just that they seemed a bit pointless. They are however now complete and look good when fitted on Emy. They are made as halfs of the original simply because I did not want to cut into the legs and I was sure that I could make them appear to look as if they where the real things fitted into resesses with paint effects and weathering. They are made from different diameters of soft wood dowel, glued together and painted. The might not look 100% perfect ast this stage but considering they are going to be heavily weathered and distressed there was no point in spending hours making them mm perfect.
