New lifeform scanner

The lifeform scanner was providing a few problems at some events with not being strong enough especially when younger little hands tried to grab it. With altering the bracket and moving the powered antenna higher I am now able to redesign the scanner. It is still not quite complete but is looking better than the first attempt. It is certainly not screen accurate, however, since an R6 has never appeared on screen maybe it is.As you can see from the images the bracket does not protrude to much above the shoulders and all looks much neater than the original.
Other thing that have been worked on are a replacement water pump for the spray system. The plastic on the first one perished so had to be replaced.
It is strange to think that the drawings for the design of Emy were first drawn out this time last year and the first bit of wood cut on January 5th 2010. It has taken me a year to get to this point and I now feel that the design has reached the completed stage,is strong enough to survive public events and I am now just working on accessories.
